Amanda Calvin: owner & founder
Over her ten years of experience in the field, Amanda Calvin has designed websites, illustrations, and graphics for over 100 small businesses and non-profits across the nation and taught graphic design at her alma mater Kent State University. She founded A. Calvin Design in early 2017 to pursue her passion for assisting others visualize their dream businesses. Amanda prides herself on equipping clients with the knowledge and confidence that allows them to implement and maintain their visual identity, long after the project is completed.
Allie Calvin
Allie is a UX and accessibility consultant with a background in geology and GIS. With 4 years of combined experience in UX and full-stack development, they have earned certificates in UX and accessibility and hold a BS in Geology and a Master’s degree in GIS. Allie is passionate about ensuring digital products and services are accessible to all users and improving the user experience. In their free time, they enjoy learning new skills, crafting (especially digital art and needlepoint), and solving escape rooms and mystery boxes with friends and family.
Holly Hamilton
Holly is a designer, animator, and lead illustrator with a specialization in vector graphics. A multi-talented creator, she was awarded the 2019 Stark State Spartan Award for excellence in graphic design. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from her Alma Mater, Kent State University, where she earned her BS in Visual Communication Design. Holly is a versatile artist who is dedicated to crafting beautiful designs that suit each client’s unique identity. Outside of the office, she enjoys crafting, playing cozy video games, and cherishing moments with her feline friend, Jesper.
Kerry Marinchick
Kerry is a digital marketer and graphic designer with a background in website design, lead generation, marketing automation, and digital advertising. She has a proven track record of driving growth and revenue for organizations across the financial services, insurance, transportation, and SaaS industries. Kerry is passionate about data-driven design, using analytics and user insights to inform creative decisions that drive conversion performance. Outside of work, Kerry enjoys spending time with family, serving in her church, and enjoying nature.
Molly Stemberger
Molly is a versatile graphic designer with a passion for print design. Holding a BFA in Graphic Design from Miami University, she brings nine years of corporate design experience and 3 years of freelance work to the table. Molly loves the challenge of working within brand standards—finding creative ways to honor a client’s identity while still pushing designs into fresh, unexpected territory. When she’s not designing, you’ll likely find her painting, crocheting, spending quality time with her family and her pup, or unwinding with a calming yoga session or listening to her favorite music and podcasts.
