Amanda is a wonderful designer and is a pleasure to work with! She is very good at communicating each step of the design and review process. When she delivers something, she also reminds you of the next steps. This is very helpful as a busy professional these days! I loved Amanda took our ideas and came up with several concepts that fit the colors and branding we discussed. It was also great how we could tell her what we liked from each concept and have her implement those tweaks to create a final design we were pleased with. Thank you, Amanda!

Graphic Design Process

This graphic design process is a quick overview of what you can expect when working with A. Calvin Design. Want to see the process in action? Check out our graphic design case study.

1. Let’s Chat

A half-hour for us to meet each other, during which we discuss your businesses, your needs, the creative process, and how we can best help you.

2. Creative Brief Survey

This survey was created to give us a better understanding of your business, your audience, your expectations, and your aesthetic preferences.

3. Quote & Contract

We send out a quote that often includes several graphic design package options. You choose the package that best fits your needs and sign the contract attached.

4. Let’s Get Started

We begin the creative process for the graphic design, which includes research, mood boards, sketches, and the creation of digital concepts.

5. Review Concepts

We send the concepts to you to review, you choose your favorite and let us know what you would like adjusted.

6. Revision Rounds

After the initial concept selection, we continue to revise the design until you’re happy with the solution.

7. Final Graphic Design Files

Once the design has been approved, we send you the final files so that you can begin using your new design right away.
