This web design process is a quick overview of what you can expect when working with A. Calvin Design.
1. Let’s Chat
A half-hour for us to meet each other, during which we discuss your businesses, your needs, the creative process, and how we can best help you.
2. Creative Brief Survey
This survey was created to give us a better understanding of your business, your audience, your expectations, and your aesthetic preferences.
3. Quote & Contract
We send out a quote that often includes several package options. You choose the package that best fits your needs and sign the contract attached.
4. Kickoff Meeting
We meet to discuss the content of the website, your current branding, and the setup of your site map.
5. Let’s Get Started
We begin the creative process for the web design, which includes research, mood boards, and wireframes.
6. Review Wireframes
We share the wireframes with you. You let us know what you would like to adjust. We revise the wireframes until you’re happy with the plan.
7. Page Design
We bring the wireframes to life in WordPress or Squarespace.
8. Revision Rounds
We share the page designs with you to gain your feedback. We continue to revise the pages until you’re happy with the solution.
9. Site Editing Training
We include site editing training for every website development project because we believe that ownership of the site should remain with you as the business owner. During this time, we show you how to make changes to your content. If for any reason you need to make more complex adjustments to your site, we are always happy to help.
