Team NEO is the Northeast Ohio Region’s economic development partner, driving business growth and equity across 14 counties. We were excited to support Team NEO’s Right Sites team, Connect 2 Careers initiative, and NEO Talent Advantage initiative, with bold promotional designs featuring striking gradients, clear hierarchy, and eye-catching visuals. Each flyer, postcard, and advertisement was designed with intentional whitespace and modern typography to communicate complex initiatives with clarity and impact.
